Vietnam releases list of medium risk food contact materials

On July 1, 2026, Vietnam officially released a list of food, food containers, and packaging materials that come into direct contact with food classified as medium risk.

On July 1, 2026, the Ministry of Health of Vietnam officially issued Circular No. 27/2026/TT-BYT. This document formally released the list of food, food containers, and food packaging materials classified as medium risk, which are directly managed and overseen by the Food Safety Department under the Ministry of Health.
