◉ Domestic Sewage Classification
According to the environmental functions and protection objectives of urban sewage treatment plants discharged into surface waters, as well as the treatment process of sewage treatment plants, the standards for conventional pollutants of basic control items are divided into first-level standards, second-level standards, and third-level standards.
The first-level standard is divided into A standard and B standard. Class I raw metal pollution and selection control items are not classified.
a. The A standard of the first-level standard is the basic requirement for the effluent of urban sewage treatment plants to be used as reuse water. When the effluent from the sewage treatment plant is introduced into rivers and lakes with less dilution capacity as urban landscape water and general reuse water, the A standard of the first-level standard shall be implemented.
b. When the effluent from urban sewage treatment plants is discharged into GB3838 surface water class II functional waters (except for the designated drinking water source protection areas and swimming areas), GB3097 seawater class II functional waters, and closed or semi-enclosed waters such as lakes and reservoirs, the implementation shall be implemented. Class B standard for the first level standard.
c. The effluent from the urban sewage treatment plant is discharged into the GB3838 surface water category IV and V functional water areas or the GB3097 seawater category III and IV functional water areas, and the second-level standard shall be implemented.
d. The sewage treatment plants in the towns with non-key control watersheds and non-water source protection areas, according to the local economic conditions and water pollution control requirements, when adopting the first-level enhanced treatment process, the third-level standard shall be implemented, but the second-level treatment facilities must be reserved. position, the staging reaches the second-level standard.
