◉ Introduction to Drinking Water Testing
Drinking water refers to drinking water and domestic water for people's living;
Purified drinking water refers to the direct drinking water from tap water or water source water that meets the "Water Quality Standards for Drinking Water" after advanced treatment, and then delivered to users for direct drinking through food hygiene-grade pipelines;
Packaged drinking water refers to water that is sealed in a packaging container that meets food safety standards and relevant regulations and can be directly consumed by people.
◉ Scope of Test
(1) Water quality testing of drinking water, purified drinking water, packaged drinking water/bottled water/bottled water, mineral water, etc.;
(2) Completion and sanitation testing of tap water, secondary water supply, and pipeline direct drinking water systems.
◉ Test Items
Microbial indicators: including total coliforms, heat-resistant coliforms, Escherichia coli, and total bacterial counts.
Toxicological indicators: including arsenic, cadmium, chromium, lead, mercury, selenium, cyanide, fluoride, nitrate, chloroform, carbon tetrachloride, bromate, formaldehyde, chlorite, chlorate.
Sensory properties and general chemical indicators: including color, turbidity, odor and taste, visible to the naked eye, pH, aluminum, iron, manganese, copper, zinc, chloride, sulfate, total dissolved solids, total hardness, oxygen consumption amount, volatile phenols, anionic synthetic detergents.
Radioactivity index: including total alpha radioactivity and total beta radioactivity.
