COATING INKS & ADHESIVES
At present, the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious. Since the State Council issued the "Three-Year Action Plan for Winning the Blue Sky Defense War", the control of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) has become the top priority of my country's air pollution prevention and control. In order to speed up the improvement of ambient air quality and win the battle to defend the blue sky, the State Administration for Market Regulation and the National Standardization Administration jointly issued a number of national mandatory standards for VOC raw material products (coatings, adhesives, inks and cleaning agents) in 2020, vigorously promoting Source substitution reduces the generation of VOCs, and VOC control is gradually shifting from end-to-end governance to a combination of end-of-pipe governance and source control. This change has brought a far-reaching impact on the vast number of VOC raw material production, use and distribution enterprises. In the future, my country's manufacturing industry will unswervingly follow the path of green manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing.
In order to help enterprises to actively respond to VOC control, Jiayu Testing has obtained the China Metrology Certification (CMA) qualification of paints, adhesives, inks, cleaning agents and related supporting test standards for the VOC control of Blue Sky Defense War, which can provide enterprises with VOC and its specific volatile substances. The testing service of sexual organic compounds ensures that the company's products meet the requirements of the national mandatory VOCs standards, and helps the company win the battle to defend the blue sky!
◈(1)VOC Introduction
VOC is the abbreviation for Volatile Organic Compounds. Usually refers to organic compounds that are easily volatile at room temperature. The more common ones are benzene, toluene, xylene, ethylbenzene, styrene, formaldehyde, TVOC (alkanes with 6-16 carbons), ketones, etc. These compounds are volatile and lipophilic, and are widely used in industries such as footwear, toys, paints and inks, adhesives, cosmetics, and interior and automotive trim materials. In addition to polluting the environment, VOCs also have a huge impact on human health. They can damage the liver, kidneys, brain, and nervous system, causing serious consequences such as memory loss, and may even cause cancer.
