◉ Introduction to Ambient Air Testing
Ambient air refers to the outdoor air to which people, plants, animals and buildings are exposed.
Ambient air detection is the collection and detection of ambient air, and the determination of the types and concentrations of pollutants in the ambient air to determine the harmful gases and air quality in the ambient air.
◉ Scope of Test
(1) Ambient air in the first-class area: including nature reserves, scenic spots and other areas that require special protection.
(2) Ambient air in the second-class area: including residential areas, mixed areas of commercial traffic and residents, cultural areas, industrial areas and farm areas.
◉ Test Items
Basic items: sulfur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), carbon monoxide (CO), ozone (O3), particulate matter (particle size less than or equal to 10μm), particulate matter (particle size less than or equal to 2.5μm)
Other items: total suspended particulate matter (TSP), nitrogen oxides (NOx), lead (Pb), benzo (a) pyrene (BaP), cadmium (Cd), mercury (Hg), arsenic (As), hexavalent chromium (Cr(VI)), Fluoride (F)
