Suppliers must immediately fulfill their legal obligations such as reporting substances in the goods and communicating supply chain information.

The European Commission announced a fine of 200 million euros for cross-border e-commerce platform Temu under the Digital Services Act (DSA). The European Commission commissioned institutions to conduct random inspections on "mysterious shopping", and the investigation was officially launched in October 2024.
