Saudi Arabia has released a draft standard for "Electronic Displays - Energy Efficiency, Testing, and Labeling Requirements", which applies to the minimum energy performance (MEPS) and testing requirements for electronic displays (including televisions, displays, and digital signage displays) with single-phase AC voltage of 230V, frequency of 60Hz, standardized DC input, and battery power supply as specified by SASO GSO 1899.
