ECHA published two proposed SVHC intended substances

ECHA published two proposed SVHC intended substances, namely diphenyl (2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl) phosphine oxide and 4,4 '- dichlorodiphenyl sulfone.

Recently, the official website of the European Chemical Administration (ECHA) showed that Sweden and Austria proposed two SVHC candidate list intended substances to ECHA, namely diphenyl (2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl) phosphine oxide and 4,4 '- dichlorodiphenyl sulfone. According to the EU's determination procedure for SVHC, these two substances are likely to become SVHC evaluation substances and eventually become a new batch of SVHC candidate list substances. At present, the two countries have submitted the EU REACH Annex XV SVHC dossier for two substances to ECHA, and ECHA is expected to launch a 45-day public review in about one month. The reviewed substances will be added to the list of SVHC candidate substances and become the 29th batch of SVHC substances.
