The Ministry of Ecology and Environment Issued Two New Regulations Gor Soil Pollution Investigations

In order to implement the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Soil Pollution", strengthen the supervision and management of the investigation of the soil pollution status of construction land, guide the quality control of the process, and promote the improvement of the quality of the investigation work, our ministry has formulated the "Preliminary Investigation of the Status of Soil Pollution in Construction Land". The Guidelines for Supervision and Inspection (for Trial Implementation) and "Technical Regulations for Quality Control of Surveys on Soil Pollution in Construction Land (for Trial Implementation)" are hereby promulgated. Please refer to the implementation according to the local situation.
