1. Delivery pipeline of exhaust gas collection system
The negative pressure state is not used, or the leakage detection value in the positive pressure state exceeds 500 μ mol/mol。

At the unorganized emission location of VOCs farthest from the opening surface of the exhaust hood, the controlled wind speed did not reach 0.3m/s (if there are specific regulations in industry regulations, relevant regulations shall be followed).

 

3. For VOCs leakage control of equipment and pipeline components
If one of the following situations is found to be illegal, it shall be dealt with in accordance with relevant laws and regulations:
The number of sealed points in the enterprise exceeds 2000 (inclusive), but leakage detection and repair work has not been carried out;
Failing to conduct leak detection and repair according to the prescribed frequency and time;
On site random inspection, it was found that there were more than 2 (excluding) sealing points that were not within the repair period and showed visible leakage or exceeded the recognized leakage concentration after detecting no more than 100 sealing points.
Whether leakage detection and repair work is carried out according to the prescribed frequency and time should be determined based on the ledger data.

 

4. Products containing VOCs and organic polymers
The product is not used with enclosed equipment or operated in confined space during use; Or if no local VOCs collection measures have been taken (excluding VOCs products with a VOCs mass fraction less than 10%).

 

5. Failure to configure VOCs processing facilities as required
When the initial emission rate of NMHC in the collected exhaust gas is ≥ 3kgh, VOCs treatment facilities should be equipped, and the treatment efficiency should not be less than 80%; For key areas, when the initial emission rate of NMHC in the collected exhaust gas is ≥ 2kgh, VOCs treatment facilities should be equipped, and the treatment efficiency should not be less than 80%; Unless the raw and auxiliary materials used comply with the relevant national regulations on low VOCs content products.

 

6. Height of exhaust funnel
Below 15m (except for safety considerations or special process requirements), or exhaust funnel not constructed according to environmental impact assessment documents.

 

7. The VOCs waste gas collection and treatment system is not running synchronously with the production process equipment
When the VOCs exhaust gas collection and treatment system malfunctions or undergoes maintenance, the corresponding production process equipment should stop running and be put into use synchronously after the maintenance is completed; If the production process equipment cannot stop running or cannot stop running in a timely manner, emergency waste gas treatment facilities should be set up or other alternative measures should be taken.

 

8. Failure to establish a ledger as required
