The newly expanded "Jiayu Testing Second Laboratory" is located in the Ronggui Rongli Demei Industrial Park in Shunde, Foshan. After careful planning and design, it ensures that all facilities are complete and reasonably configured. At present, our second laboratory has been completed and put into use.
The newly completed Jiayu Testing Second Laboratory covers electromagnetic compatibility shielding rooms, semi anechoic rooms, radiation disturbance measurement rooms, and radiation immunity measurement rooms. In addition, the company has invested heavily in establishing a 10HP enthalpy difference and heat pump performance comprehensive laboratory, and expanded the IP rain comprehensive laboratory. Covering the latest security, performance testing, and certification requirements. Greatly expanding and enriching Jiayu Testing's testing and certification capabilities.
The construction of the second laboratory is not only to meet the development needs of the company, but also to provide a more advanced and efficient testing environment, with Shunde as the center, radiating the service scope of Zhongshan and even the surrounding bay area. Operation of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Laboratory
On the basis of the existing EMC testing capabilities, new testing capabilities such as an 8 × 4 × 3m electromagnetic compatibility shielding room, a 9mx6mx6m semi anechoic room, a radiation disturbance measurement room, and a radiation immunity measurement room will be added to build a more efficient and professional one-stop operation capability. Conduct electromagnetic compatibility tests on electronic and electrical products in accordance with the International Radio Interference Commission (CISPR) standards, International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards, European Union EN standards, Federal Communications Commission (FCC) standards in the United States, Voluntary Interference Control Commission (VCCI) standards in Japan, and Chinese National Standards (GB).
The introduction of ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory management system and technical exchanges with domestic and foreign certification and testing institutions provide additional support for customer product marketing in response to global EMC directives. At the same time, it also provides strong hardware support to ensure the accuracy of test results, ensuring more accurate experimental data.

10HP enthalpy difference and heat pump performance comprehensive laboratory put into operation
The newly established 10HP enthalpy difference and heat pump performance comprehensive laboratory is mainly used for testing 10HP and below air conditioning products and 10HP/15HP and below heat pump heating and cooling units, meeting the performance testing requirements of air-cooled air conditioning, hot air fans, heating and cooling units, dehumidifiers, refrigerators, and other products. This laboratory is a specialized equipment that uses enthalpy difference method to measure the cooling/heating capacity of air conditioners. At the same time, it can also measure various performance parameters of air conditioners, including pressure and electrical parameters. It consists of two temperature controlled environmental compartments A on the outer side and B on the inner side, including two sets of air handling units, a compressor condensing unit, an electrical cabinet, and a computer data acquisition system. In addition, one set of air volume measurement device is installed in the environmental room of Room B.
