Gulf G-Mark Certification Registration System Update

Starting from July 27, 2024, the update of the Gulf G-Mark certification registration system will be officially implemented and take effect.

Starting from July 27, 2024, the following updates have been implemented and become effective in the Gulf Compliance Traceability Mark Registration System (CTS).

G Mark registration system update

01. Automatic update of certificate status
The certificate will automatically pause on the certificate expiration date or standard expiration date.

The certificate will automatically terminate 6 months after the certificate expiration date or standard expiration date.

An email containing a list of suspended or terminated certificates will be sent to the relevant email addresses (EO contact email, EO authorized user, and NB authorized user).

02. Status update of replaced certificates

Certificate renewal: When a new certificate is issued, the status of the old certificate will be updated to 'replaced'.

03. Monthly email notifications

An email notification will be sent to the relevant contact email addresses (EO authorized users and NB authorized users), with the following content:

Certificates that are about to expire within 3/6/9 months.

Certificates that expire within 3/6/9 months.

04. Electronic certificate

The product model description (if any) will be displayed in parentheses next to the model.

05. Localization of Product Publicity List

The product category name will be displayed in Arabic.

06. Product Publicity List Details

When the certificate is suspended, terminated, or revoked, the product announcement page will display the following information: 'The product does not have a valid compliance certificate'.
