The national standard GB/T 30760-2024 "Technical Specification for Collaborative Disposal of Solid Waste in Cement Kilns" will be implemented from October 1, 2024.

The national standard GB/T 30760-2024 "Technical Specification for Collaborative Disposal of Solid Waste in Cement Kilns" will be implemented from October 1, 2024.

 

Compared with the Technical Specification for Collaborative Disposal of Solid Waste in Cement Kilns GB/T 30760-2024 and the Technical Specification for Collaborative Disposal of Solid Waste in Cement Kilns GB/T 30760-2014, apart from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

  • Changed the scope of application of the file;
  • Changed the definitions of "solid waste" and "collaborative disposal of solid waste in cement kilns";
  • Changed the wording of "identification and detection of collaborative disposal of solid waste" and added requirements for identification and analysis of household waste;
  • Added relevant provisions in the "Management Requirements for Collaborative Disposal of Solid Waste in Cement Kilns" regarding the scope of responsibilities of dedicated personnel and the allocation of technical personnel;
  • Added relevant provisions on isolation facilities in the management requirements for the site and storage of solid waste facilities for cement kiln collaborative disposal;
  • Added relevant regulations on the transportation, transfer, and labeling of hazardous waste in the management requirements for the transportation of solid waste during the collaborative disposal process of cement kilns, and changed the requirements for explosion-proof technical measures for transportation and transfer pipelines;
  • Changed the technical type of "pre-treatment of solid waste in cement collaborative disposal plant area" and added relevant regulations on oxidation, biological treatment, and noise prevention;
  • The requirement for the scale of cement kilns for collaborative disposal of solid waste has been removed, and some aspects of air pollutant treatment and online monitoring in the collaborative disposal process of cement kilns have been changed. Relevant requirements for online monitoring have also been modified;
  • Added recommended preferred feeding locations for different solid wastes in the collaborative disposal process of cement cellars;
  • Delete the requirement that "cement clinker produced by cement kilns should meet the requirements of GB/T 21372" when co disposing of solid waste in cement kilns;
  • The detection method for heavy metal content limits in cement clinker has been changed, and inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy and single wavelength excitation energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy have been added;
  • Changed the method of determining heavy metal content in cement thermal materials using acid dissolution digestion method;
  • Added a method for rapid determination of heavy metal content in cement clinker.
