China's RoHS restricted substances have increased to 10, with 4 new categories of ortho benzene added!

GB/T 26572-2011 "Limit Requirements for Restricted Substances in Electronic and Electrical Products - Amendment No. 1", implemented on January 1, 2026, has increased the number of RoHS restricted substances in China to 10 and added 4 new categories of ortho benzene!
On June 29, 2024, the State Administration for Market Regulation (State Administration for Market Regulation) issued Announcement [2024] No. 14, approving the release of 109 national standards including "Manganese Silicon Alloy" and 4 national standard modification orders. It includes two standards regarding RoHS in China, namely:
GB/T 26572-2011 "Limit Requirements for Restricted Substances in Electronic and Electrical Products - Amendment No. 1", implemented on January 1, 2026.
GB/T 39560.12-2024 "Determination of certain substances in electronic and electrical products - Part 12: Simultaneous determination of polybrominated biphenyls, polybrominated diphenyl ethers, and phthalates in polymers by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry", implemented on October 1, 2024.
