Multiple new standards for GC certification are about to be enforced, involving various electronic and electrical products. Relevant export enterprises are requested to pay attention to and update their certificates in a timely manner to ensure compliance with the technical regulations and standards for market access in the seven Gulf countries.
When the standard version is updated, the transition period for the old version of the standard is 2 years. At the end of the transition period, GC certification will be mandatory to adopt the latest version of the standard. After the release of the new standard, certificates obtained based on the old standard must be updated before the mandatory implementation date of the new standard, otherwise the certificate will be suspended or revoked.

1. GC logo
GC Mark, full name Gulf Conformity Mark, stands for Gulf Conformity Mark. The complete presentation format includes the GC logo pattern and a QR code that can be used to trace product compliance. This combination is not only a visual proof that the product meets the standards of the Gulf region, but also facilitates regulatory authorities and consumers to conduct information traceability and compliance checks on the product.
