Three national standards for electromagnetic compatibility will be officially implemented on July 1, 2026.

The State Administration for Market Regulation (Standardization Administration of China) has announced the approval and release of 360 recommended national standards and 9 amendments to recommended national standards, including 3 national standards on electromagnetic compatibility, which officially came into effect on July 1, 2026.

GB/T 17625.8-2025 Electromagnetic compatibility - Limits - Part 8: Limits for harmonic currents produced by equipment connected to public low-voltage systems with input current >16 A and ≤75 A per phase

 

Replacement Standard: GB/T 17625.8-2015  

Implementation Date: 2026.07.01  

Standard Introduction: GB/T 17625.8-2025 "Electromagnetic Compatibility Limits - Part 8: Limits for Harmonic Currents Produced by Equipment Connected to Public Low-Voltage Systems with Input Current >16 A and ≤75 A per Phase" is an important component of the GB/T 17625 series, replacing the 2015 edition. This document adopts IEC 61000-3-12:2021 with modifications, including key technical changes such as replacing the fundamental reference current I1 with the reference current Iref, adding a new emission limits table, introducing procedures for reference currents below 16 A, improving product documentation requirements, and adding normative Appendix A for type test conditions. These revisions enhance the standard’s applicability, better addressing the harmonic control needs of equipment manufacturers and power supply authorities.

GB/T 6113.104-2025 Specification for radio disturbance and immunity measuring apparatus and methods - Part 1-4: Radio disturbance and immunity measuring apparatus - Antennas and test sites for radiated disturbance measurements

Standard Introduction: As a fundamental standard in the field of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), GB/T 6113.104-2025 provides internationally unified specifications for radiation disturbance measurement antennas and test sites. This standard specifies the characteristics and performance requirements of radiation disturbance measurement equipment, applicable to the frequency range of 9kHz to 18GHz. It primarily addresses the lack of technical requirements for radiation disturbance test sites below 30MHz and aligns with supporting standards such as GB/T 6113.203, laying a technical foundation for the development, manufacturing, and international mutual recognition of measurement equipment in EMC laboratories.

GB/T 6113.203-2025 Specifications for radio disturbance and immunity measurement apparatus and methods—Part 2-3: Methods of measurement of disturbances and immunity—Radiated disturbance measurements

 

Replacement Standard: GB/T 6113.203-20210

Standard Introduction: GB/T 6113.203-2025 (identical to CISPR 16-2-3:2023) is a foundational standard within the series of specifications for radio disturbance and immunity measurement methods, specifically addressing radiated disturbance measurements. This standard specifies measurement methods for radiated disturbances in the frequency range of 9 kHz to 18 GHz and applies to EMC compliance testing for various types of electronic and electrical equipment. It defines equipment connections, general measurement conditions and requirements, as well as detailed measurement procedures for various test sites (e.g., Open Area Test Site (OATS), Semi-Anechoic Chamber (SAC), Fully Anechoic Room (FAR), and on-site measurements). Compared to the 2020 edition, this revision adds definitions of terms (such as "compliance test site" and "near-field effect"), extends measurement methods for the low-frequency range (9 kHz–30 MHz), and refines measurement procedures above 1 GHz.
