HJ 1359-2024 "Technical Guidelines for the Compilation of Ecological Environment Planning" will be implemented from August 1, 2024, and this standard is being released for the first time!
In order to implement laws and regulations such as the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Water Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China, the Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China, the Soil Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China, the Solid Waste Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China, the Marine Environment Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Noise Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China, the Radioactive Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China, the Yangtze River Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Yellow River Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, and to guide and regulate the preparation of ecological environment planning, the "Technical Guidelines for the Preparation of Ecological Environment Planning General Outline" is now approved as the national ecological environment.
This standard is first published and will be implemented from August 1, 2024.
