Compliance requirements for EU sites
The product certification requirements of the European Union are generally quite strict. If the seller wants to legally sell in the European Union, they need to comply with various certification regulations.
EPR registration: Extended Producer Responsibility, is an environmental policy of the European Union. Including WEEE, packaging law, and battery law, different registrations are selected for different categories. At present, TEMU mainly enforces EPR compliance in Germany, France, Spain, and Austria. Failure to register will result in withholding and payment or delisting, as well as freezing of funds.
▲ European Representative: Refers to the authorized representative of the European Union, also known as the European Representative. This natural or legal person represents a manufacturer outside the EEA to fulfill specific responsibilities required by EU directives and laws for the manufacturer.

▲ EU Energy Efficiency Labeling: The EU Energy Efficiency Labeling Regulations require information related to energy efficiency, energy consumption, and other resource consumption to be provided on product labels. The regulations apply to goods labeled with energy labels.
▲ EU CE certification: CE certification is the entry permit for the European market, and electronic and electrical products must obtain this certification and be labeled before being listed on the European website.
UKCA certification in the UK: UCKA certification is also a mandatory certification in the UK and a necessary condition for products to enter the UK market, with similar importance to the previous CE certification.
▲ ROHS certification
ROHS certification is the abbreviation of the "Directive on the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment", which is a directive on environmental protection in CE certification.

Compliance requirements for North American sites
▲ FCC certification in the United States: Temu has announced that it will strengthen the verification of FCC/CE certification qualifications and labeling for products sold to markets such as Europe and America.
▲ US UL report: UL certification is a non mandatory certification in the United States, mainly for the testing and certification of product safety performance, and its certification scope does not include the EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) characteristics of the product.
▲ US CPC certification: Children's toys must provide a Children's Product Certificate (CPC). In addition, infant and toddler products need to pass the US CPC certification: EU CE-EN71 certification, and provide relevant qualifications such as FDA food contact test reports and CPSIA reports.
▲ US FDA Certification: According to the FD&C Act, cosmetics manufacturers are required to register facilities with the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and register each marketed cosmetic with the FDA.
▲ BQB certification in the United States: Bluetooth certification for products with Bluetooth identification in the title/image. (Wireless/BT alternative without authentication)
▲ Certification requirements for built-in battery products: Built in battery products need to provide battery certification, comply with EC/EN62133 or UL2054/UL1642 standards, and also provide temperature test reports.
Compliance requirements for Japanese sites
▲ PSE certification: PSE certification is a mandatory safety certification for electrical products in Japan, and is a mandatory market access system for electrical products in Japan.
▲ JCT, also known as Japan Consumption Tax, is an indirect tax levied by the Japanese government on goods and services sold domestically.
