GB/T 4706.30 Kitchen Machinery CCC Version Replacement Instructions
01. Scope of applicable products
This document is applicable to household and similar electric kitchen machinery with a rated voltage not exceeding 250V.
Examples of appliances include bean slicer, fruit juice extractor, mixer, can opener, centrifugal juicer, milk mixer, citrus juice extractor, coffee grinder with a funnel capacity of no more than 500g, cream mixer, egg beater, food mixer, food processor, grain grinder with a funnel capacity of no more than 3L, grinder, ice cream maker, including those used in refrigerators or freezers, sharpeners, knives, meat grinders, noodle makers, potato peelers, shredders, sifters, slicers.

GB/T 4706.30 Main Technical Changes of Kitchen Machinery
01. soybean milk machine products are no longer applicable to GB/T 4706.30-2024
When the compulsory product certification is implemented for soybean milk machine products, the special standards for the old version are GB 4706.30-2008 and GB 4706.19-2008, and the special standards for the new version are GB/T 4706.19-2024.
02. The new version of the standard has revised the temperature rise limit for the "shell of electric appliances" in Table 3 of Chapter 11's temperature rise test, and refined the limit values for the "shell of electric appliances" made of different materials.

| Instruments should undergo the tests of 11.7.1 and 11.7.2, and if necessary, the test of 11.7.3. 11.7.1 The equipment shall operate according to the cycle time and corresponding number of cycles specified in 11.7.101 to 11.7.118. 11.7.2 The equipment shall be operated according to the maximum number of working cycles specified in 11.7.101 to 11.7.118 and the maximum load specified in the instructions for use. The working cycle time is as follows: - If the cycle time specified in the instructions for use does not exceed 7 minutes, the longest time specified in the instructions for use shall be increased by 1 minute or 7 minutes, whichever is shorter; ——If the cycle time specified in the instructions exceeds 7 minutes, it shall be the maximum time specified in the instructions. If a certain amount of work needs to be completed to meet the required working time, the interval time is equal to the corresponding time for emptying the container and reinstalling the container with the maximum amount of ingredients specified in the instructions. The working time of appliances equipped with timers is the maximum time allowed by the timer. 11.7.3 If the input power during the 11.7.1 and 11.7.2 tests does not meet the following conditions: - For appliances with a rated input power not exceeding 300W, the input power is greater than 80% of the rated input power; ——For appliances with a rated input power between 300W and 400W, if the input power is greater than the rated input power minus 60W; for appliances with a rated input power exceeding 400W, if the input power is greater than 85% of the rated input power, the following test shall be conducted: place the appliance in the normal use position, obtain the rated input power by applying a constant torque, and avoid bearing unbalanced forces greater than those generated during normal use. The equipment shall work according to the relevant time period specified in 11.7.101 to 11.7.118. |
The equipment works according to the prescribed cycle time. However, if the specified time exceeds the limit specified in the user manual, and if the temperature rise exceeds the limit specified in Table 3, the following tests shall be conducted according to the maximum quantity of ingredients specified in the manual: ——If the prescribed working time does not exceed 7 minutes, the working time shall be the maximum time specified in the instruction manual plus 1 minute; ——If the prescribed working time exceeds 7 minutes, the working time shall be the maximum time specified in the instruction manual. If a certain amount of work needs to be completed to meet the required working time, the interval time is equal to the time for container emptying and reloading. The working time of appliances equipped with timers is the maximum time allowed by the timer. |
05. The new version of the standard adds requirements for noodle machines with dough mixing function, and conducts a supplementary test on 19.103.
Add the maximum amount of wheat flour specified in the user manual to the noodle machine with dough mixing function, without adding water, and work for one cycle. During the trial period. 19.13 is applicable and the winding temperature cannot exceed the value specified in 19.9.

7.12 The instructions for using food processors and mixers should include warnings to prevent misuse. The instructions for use should indicate that caution should be taken when removing the cutting blade, emptying the mixing bowl, and cleaning, and should include the following: when pouring hot liquid into a food processor or mixer, caution should be taken to prevent hot steam from escaping from the container due to rapid evaporation. The instructions for using a noodle machine with dough mixing function should include the maximum amount of raw materials used. |
