The Regulations on Ecological Environment Monitoring shall come into effect on January 1, 2026. Enterprises are required to develop self-monitoring plans in accordance with relevant ecological environment monitoring norms and standards, and install and use video surveillance equipment at the main monitoring points; Monitoring equipment that meets national standards and regulations should be used, a sound monitoring data quality management system should be established, and original monitoring records should be kept. No falsification of monitoring data is allowed in any way.
