◉ Detection Introduction
With the rapid development of automobile technology, the high-tech characteristics of automobile maintenance are increasingly presented, and at the same time, the concept of automobile maintenance is constantly updated. As people pay more attention to the issue of automobile safety, new requirements are constantly put forward for automobile inspection, thus continuously promoting the development of the automobile inspection and maintenance market.
Vehicle inspection is an inspection to determine the technical condition or working ability of the vehicle. During the use of the car, with the prolongation of the use time (or the increase of the mileage), its parts gradually wear, corrode, deform, age, and the lubricating oil deteriorates, etc., resulting in the larger clearance of the matching pair, causing loose movement and vibration. , noise and air leakage, water leakage, oil leakage, etc., resulting in a decline in the technical performance of the car. In order to cooperate with the automobile inspection work, the national standards, industry standards and metrological verification regulations on automobile inspection have been issued and implemented in China. From the construction of the vehicle comprehensive performance testing station to the specific testing items for vehicle testing, there are basically laws to follow.

（一）Automotive NVH Detection
1. Introduction of automotive NVH
Automotive NVH is the English abbreviation of Noise, Vibration and Harshness (Noise, Vibration, Harshness). It is a comprehensive issue of automobile manufacturing quality, and it gives automobile users the most direct and superficial feeling.
2. Product range
Motors, power systems, seats, dashboards, center consoles, parts of the body, front and rear doors, steering columns, air conditioning systems, sunroofs, sunshields, tailgates, and small components.

(4) Polymer material detection
Mechanical performance testing, thermal performance testing, aging performance testing, composition analysis, wear performance testing, combustion performance testing, etc.
(5) ELV test
Mainly through the detection of lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls, and polybrominated diphenyl ethers in accordance with the EU ELV Directive 2000/53/EC or the national standard GB/T 30512 on the whole vehicle or parts and raw materials; or according to other regulations Such as REACH, carry out relevant harmful substances testing, such as: asbestos, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, etc., to help build a green automobile industry chain.
（四）Automotive VOC Testing
1. Test introduction
Automotive VOC testing is mainly through comprehensive VOC testing on the whole vehicle, assembly and materials, so that the products meet the requirements of international, national and enterprise standards, thereby creating a green and safe riding environment.
2. Test items
Vehicle VOC, assembly cabin method, bag method VOC, odor, material odor, atomization, formaldehyde, total carbon, VDA 278, etc.;
3. Test standard
International standard ISO 12219 series, VDA series, DIN series; national standard HJ/T 400-2007; enterprise standard GS 97014, PV 3942, etc.
