◉ Factory Audit Process
1. The first meeting: the person in charge of the factory is required to attend. 2. 3. 4. The interview requirements for workers are selected by the auditors, not by the factory. 1. Green: Excellent factories, formulated good policies and systems to protect workers.

4. Black: There are very significant non-conformities and will not be accepted. The company needs to follow up the audit, or be disqualified as a supplier by the buyer.
