4. Technical and process documents: Enterprises should have technical and process documents that are suitable for the products they produce, which should describe in detail the production process and quality control measures of the products.

◉ On Site Audit Process for Production License
1. Preparatory meeting
Determine the division of labor among the members of the review team and clarify the review requirements.
2. First meeting
Explain the purpose, basis, content, methods, principles for determining conclusions, and work discipline of the verification; Determine the matters that the enterprise needs to avoid by the review team and make a confidentiality commitment; Inform the enterprise to provide necessary cooperation and ask the enterprise to provide accompanying personnel; Listen to company reports, etc.

Summarize verification opinions, discuss and confirm non conformities with facts; Formal communication with the main person in charge of the enterprise regarding the verification situation; Fill out on-site inspection records and write on-site inspection reports.
5. Last meeting
Report the on-site inspection situation and propose rectification suggestions; Read out the on-site inspection report of the enterprise (if the inspection team cannot determine the inspection results on the spot, the inspection organization unit shall notify the enterprise of the on-site inspection results in writing); The on-site verification report is ultimately approved and determined by the reviewing organizational unit.
6. Retained information
A copy of the on-site inspection report of the production license enterprise and the summary table of non conformities in the on-site inspection of the enterprise should be kept separately for the enterprise and observer.
7. Sample sampling
According to the sampling principles stipulated in the implementation rules, seal the samples (if necessary).
